We hired Kari as our month-of-coordinator for our wedding and she was truly a LIFE SAVER!! She made sure that every detail of our special day was absolutely perfect - if there were any bumps or flaws... we had no clue at all, that's how good she is!! At the very first meeting with her we discussed our special day from start to finish and she listened so attentively to every. single. detail. (and took notes!!) This helped reassure us that she would do everything possible to make our day exactly what WE wanted! Her attention to detail, amazing organization, and diligence wowed us from the start. Kari, truly became a friend throughout our last month of planning our wedding. My husband and I both felt so comfortable around her on our wedding weekend and trusted her to make any last minute decisions for us if needed. She really had our best interests in mind at all times. Kari is incredible! We cannot recommend her enough!

Kari was one of the biggest reasons that our wedding went as smoothly as it did. She was the calming presence that we all needed during a time of stress and high emotions, taking things off of our plate including wedding decor setup, calls to catering, and reaching out to vendors for confirmation. She truly has an eye for design, leaving our reception space looking absolutely gorgeous. She was punctual and professional through it all, and was the perfect go-to person. I can't speak highly enough of Kari, and would recommend her to anyone wanting their wedding to go well and look amazing at the same time.

I can’t recommend Kari enough for wedding planning and coordination! Kari was very communicative through out the process, had very helpful ideas and suggestions, and made me feel at ease about such a special day. We were impressed with her day of coordination, even when hiccups came up (I forgot to include some guests in the seating chart!) she handled it quickly and without panic. The whole evening ran on schedule, was fluid, and absolutely beautiful. It was amazing to see all the planning come together into the most perfect evening…it was even better than we imagined!

Kari worked tirelessly both before my wedding and during to make it everything I possibly could’ve wanted. Despite an unexpected hailstorm and strong winds, every little detail I had hoped for was executed to plan or even better. She was also consistently positive and had a great attitude despite having to troubleshoot several unexpected problems from the weather and venue. I would hire her again in a heartbeat and recommend her to all my friends!

Kari was wonderful. She helped us with everything we needed for our wedding. She was professional, efficient, and solved problems before they were even brought to our attention. She was essential in the seamless flow of our wedding day. Highly recommend! There is no one better.

Kari was an absolute god-send for me. Despite being what I believe to be an organized person myself, I was feeling bouts of anxiety and insecurity about my own planning leading up to our big day, but Kari was so completely calm and always had an answer to any of my worries, no matter how trivial. She focused on whatever my husband and I wanted for our day andwe felt like we didn't have to worry about the day because she had it all taken care of. What's more, Kari and who she is makes working with her all the better. C) She is such an easy

person to talk to, and sending her a text or giving her a call

would always feel like reaching out to an old friend. We

appreciated all of her hard work and couldn't have asked for a

better day of coordinator to make our day as special as

 Kari is the best to work with!! She was so easy to communicate with and went way over and above what I could ever ask for. She made our small elopement so unbelievably beautiful and stress free. I still can’t believe how stunning our reception layout was and how easy our elopement day flowed with her help. Kari is amazing at what she does and I HIGHLY recommend her!
